update: Lots of sale items now... shelves are stocked full... except regular KD cups, who wants KD Poutine? Maybe next time ?

Other than often finding long lines (sometimes into aisleways) and many open checkout counters, my biggest issue is maybe 30% of time I find at least 1 item scans in higher than the shelf price. Since you have to bag your own groceries, and following health regulations by having 1 person checkout (and bag at a time), it is difficult to be mindful of waiting customers while checking to make sure groceries ring in properly before bagging groceries. Doing this can increase checkout times by a good 5-10 minutes depending on your volume of items getting rung in.
Over the years shopping here, I have never had an instance where the item was lower than the shelf price, always higher... and 30% of the time is quite frequent.

Great selection of meats and other products.
Friendly staff even after I accidently dropped blueberries at a cash out ?
Not the cleanest or up to date place you'll ever visit, but believe it or not looks aren't everything.
