Minimal selection on items. Poorly stocked shelves and in disarray. Would only recommend going to this store if needed. In Cambridge on water st. Other food basics are way better

We happened to run into the store manager who graciously and without hesitation helped us in a desperate situation. Another worker kept an eye on our cart while stocking shelves. A busy Saturday at the store and yet still friendly and helpful.

The only complaint I have is with the self checkout. It used to be very user friendly and I like that it accepts cash. But the last few months I’ve been having trouble with the self checkout. I’ve had to call the store associate over every time to clear errors. Not errors I’ve made. Last week I was finished scanning my groceries and went to pay, and then got an error message that the associate had to come over and put in her code. I don’t even know what the error was. Just very frustrating. Especially when the associate is busy helping other people clearing their errors….but kudos to the person covering the self checkout. She must be run off her feet at the end of her shift…
