Not only did Jolanta (the owner) and her daughter accept my late order for same day pick up but the flowers were absolutely stunning. I had ordered a bouquet and an arrangement for my mom's 60th bday. My mother loved her dozen tulips which bloomed 2 days later exactly on her birthday, talk about perfect timing. During her party my mother received many complements on the gorgeous arrangements. I will definitely be returning to Late Bloom Florist. I have and will be recommending them to everyone. Great customer service and beautiful flowers. Thank you very much Late Bloom Florist ❤️
A	Ashia Bak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most awful customer service. The lady- which I assume was the owner- was terribly rude and aggressive. So condescending and combative. It was my first experience there and definitely my last. I don’t suggest anyone to shop here- there are so many other florists who are pleasant and kind. These people clearly don’t care how they treat others. Lack of integrity and respect for others.

Placed an order through email (never received order) since I am an international customer and unable to call due to time difference (living in Japan and wanting to send flowers to my mom on Mother’s Day). I had to send multiple emails to receive any reply. I never received a reply after asking for an email to send over payment. My sister who ‘picked up’ the bouquet was met with hostility and rude behaviour (claiming that I never replied to emails, despite the fact that I did reply, can provide proof upon request since google won't allow me to attach email images). I never received my order. I didn’t think it was professional for a customer to try and chase down the business through emails. Not sure if the florist didn’t want to deal with an international customer or doesn’t read emails. But had to scramble to find another last minute florist on the day of Mother’s Day. Really disappointing, I wouldn’t recommend this florist for advanced orders, especially through email. You’ll end up trying to chase them down and likely not receiving your order. Edit: Please use caution when looking to do business. The hostility met in person pick up, and other online reviews is concerning. The owner tried to start an ‘online argument’ on Facebook and was extremely hostile despite both parties evidence showing that this was a technology failure both out of our control. I am afraid that the owner will retaliate despite this. Be careful.

We placed our order around 11am on the day of our wedding because we had some last minute changes and she finished it at around 1pm. Though she had a small amount of time she made my bouquet outstanding, it’s so beautiful! She is so talented and really good at her passion. Also, hands down to her exceptional guest service.
