★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wasn’t very happy with my recent visit, especially tonight’s. First of all, the staff is miserable. Defeats the “happy” experience of getting ice cream. I always get the same blizzard, cookie dough. They forget to add the fudge every single time. It’s disgusting to be honest without that flavour. Then the guy blends it’s for so long I actually had to tell him to stop because the cookie dough just became a complete sludge with chocolate chips instead. The staff should at least pretend to want to be there when serving. The ingredient list they follow is not correct. But at the very least, don’t treat me like a piece of S*** just because I notice you made something wrong. The one girl seemed new so she wasn’t as annoyed with her job as the others. Perhaps maybe they aren’t being valued by their management or just aren’t being trained properly by management. I hate that I even sound like this but the last few visits have detoured us from your location after bi-weekly visits. It’s ice cream. It’s supposed to be a fun treat reflected by your customer service.. usually anyways.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a nice clean place & a decent seating arrangement to enjoy with family. It’s a young team who took a correct order with fresh food. However they did forget to flip both the orea mocha and chocolate brownie extreme blizzard :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my sister pick me up a cherry sundae with peanuts. I got a plastic sundae container with ice cream and wall nuts on bottom and top. What kind of sundae is that. Never seen that on menu before. The great sundae rip off. You gotta do better than that. I do not ever complain but I just thought at your prices you could have someone trained better than that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a birthday cake for my son. The person who took the order ensured that we understand how the cake would be layered, gave us smart ideas on the look of the cake that would appeal to my 8 yr old. The process of ordering to picking up went very smoothly. We loved it!
