★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This group of physicians really needs to evaluate their patient services.
4 interactions with the office left me with no sense of comfort that this team is capable of managing the administration of care. I spoke with 3 different receptionists in a 4 week period due to one of the physicians leaving the clinic. Not one of the receptionists was ever prepared for a call, even when they contacted me. Further, the website for this clinic lists only one physician and has outdated contact details.
I cannot provide a review for physicians as I did not keep my referral. Rather, I requested a new referral to a more professional, out-of-city, specialist.
Why our province continues to fund medical offices that demonstrate severe disorganization like this one is unclear to me. A medical degree should not be a license to operate in Ontario. We need to hold this profession to higher operational and patient management standards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful staff at every visit! Dr. Khosla delivered my 1st Baby on July 30th 2020 and she was my OB doc for my 6 week postpartum checkup. She is awesome!!! Guided me through it all and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. Very rare now adays to find a doctor that will take their time with you. Thank You!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually clinical/doctors' visits are intense and wait times are horrendous especially when your pregnant. But my appointment from beginning to end was a very relaxed and friendly visit. I have no problem revisiting for my pregnancy follow-up appointments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience from the beginning of my pregnancy till the end of my delivery. Despite COVID and restrictions, my appointments were kept on time for the most part, the office is clean and organized, and the reception was professional. I rotated through all the Obgyns so I could meet them. Everyone was professional, answered all my questions and made sure to review all my tests and ultrasounds and keep in the loop. Dr. Mukhida handled my delivery and she was amazing. Super polite, kind and a calming presence. I did not feel rushed or as if I was just another patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly relaxing team starting from the front office to the doctors. My experience with Dr. Mukhida was great she is that kind of doctors that really care about their patients their best interest.. you can really feel that you are in good trustworthy hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If it is your first pregnancy.. I wouldn’t recommend it at all. The doctors are nice but they hardly would give you 10 minutes of undivided attention. The receptionists arent nice either and not very accommodating. It is my first pregnancy and I feel like I could have managed it without doing visits here. They dont counsel you at all and always seem in a rush.
if it’s your second or consecutive pregnancy then you can do this since you already would know alot of things by now on your own.
