★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom was waiting for her April 5th appointment for the longest time ever and when the day finally comes for her appointment which was at 1:20pm, he calls at 1:32pm. My mom was waiting for Dr. Cole's call since 1:00pm. When he did call her at 1:32pm the call was engaged. (My mom was getting a scam call at the time Dr. Cole decided to call my mom.) He did not leave a voice message for my mom nor did he try calling her back a second time. He called once and he called late. He re-scheduled my mom's appointment for April 27 without letting my mom know. My mom had to call the clinic and the receptionist had to tell her everything. Horrible experience and horrible doctor for no respect or regard for their patients.
