j	jake p on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time there. Disappointment. Got a bike tune (basic ) which includes basic tune of bike like tightening up brakes. My pedal was also lose so they said they will fix it. I got my bike back and I wondered what work did they did if any. Brakes were lose as anything and peddle was lose. Not worth $73.44. Won't be back.
P	Passion on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mississauga store had the model I wanted so I drove from Toronto to go see the bike. Great customer service, got to try the bike and purchased it. Just for driving out to them, Peter set me up with free water bottle with holder, a bell and lube for the chain. Free tune up for life with great warranty on the bike. This is the type of shop I would give my business to. If you need a bike, support the small shops. Pedalinx will be getting my referrals. Thank you guys!

Most Bike shops don't give any guarentees during the busy season but with Pierre's experience and expertise we had our bike situation fixed and resolved at minimal cost without taking more then 5 minutes. Thank you again Pierre and we look forward to meeting you again.

Service is HIGHLY dependent on who you speak... I spoke to Wayne and his service was good, recommended based on my needs and was helpful. Peter called then after, to change my order saying that Wayne had no clue what he was talking about. I suggest the owner(s) of this joint to train people and perhaps to encourage not air your dirty laundry with your clients.

C	Caleb Tang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'll admit that I went here for a bike repair out of laziness. I needed my derailleur hanger replaced, a new derailleur mounted and my derailleur lines replaced. My bike was in their shop for nearly 4 months, which is 1/10 of the length of the U.S. Civil War. When I brought my bike in, they explained to me that the derailleur hanger was a hard part to find for my specific bike. After about 3 weeks, I called to ask about the status of my work order only to find out that they have not received the part for my bike. That's understandable. After a month, I called again and the part hasn't arrived. After a month and a half, I visited this Pedalinx to ask about my bike. I asked if the part had arrived and they said that it did arrive, but did not fit. After three months and three weeks, I called only to find out my bike had still not been worked on for all this time. After four months, I visited the Pedalinx again to pick up my bike. In the parking lot, I searched for the derailleur hanger on a parts dealer website and I found the part that I needed and ordered it before I drove home with my broken bike. Thank you Pedalinx for being short with me on the phone, having a full voicemail box, not fixing my bike, and giving me a horrible experience. It is 100% my fault for bringing my bike here for service. I've only rated this location 1 star because Google reviews doesn't let me rate 0 stars. Don't take your bikes here unless you want to hide your bike from yourself for four months.
