★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in there to get a couple of bikes and was blown away by the knowledge, level of service and accommodation by each individual I had dealings with. They had my bike assembled ahead of schedule, the deal was amazing and I would HIGHLY recommend this location to friends and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered online shoes from the store as I had to visit some other stores and was on the way to work. Stood on service center for 10 mins, nobody to attend, check out staff also absolutely slow as if they were deliberately working slow as if the customer has all the time in the world. Now it's 23 mins, and I am still waiting for someone to help. Bramlea or some other store is much better than this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in 10 mins before close. Service shop manager extremely helpful. Despite me walking in 10 mins to close. He did what he could to help me and did not rush me out. Went again the next day after purchasing skis from sportchek. Another young gentle men in service shop helped me regardless of me showing up again near closing time. Fantastic team.

I really like this community and have found that to be a product of the time and support people have for one another here. It is a testament to this town that those characteristics show up even in the way we do business. After young Matt had sharpened my sons' skates he gave me a quick lesson in how the equipment has changed and what to look for in new skates (it's been a while for me). His advice was very helpful and the rest of the staff were knowledgeable, courteous and conscientious.
I really like this store, just wish I had more money to shop in it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ryan (The Technician at the Bike Service Dept) was such a great guy. I was at the store today (May 19th) to buy a bike with my family. Ryan was very helpful in assisting me to choose the right bike that fits my needs. He was very Patience and his advise was top notch. I was able to pick a bike based on his professional advise. Ryan took his time to help me and my wife decide which bike is good. He is very is such an expert in bikes. Even the manager, Tom was very friendly as well. I would say this store is one of the best sportchek I have been to! I would be back at the store in the future whenever I need any sporting equipment based on my customer service experience today. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my bike in for repair and a tune up! Don’t think many realize at sportcheck they give this service! Ryan in the bike department is an expert in his field. More than qualified to take a bike apart and fix it! And he loves doing this! Don’t want to mention how fast a turn around I received on this bike. You will not receive any better service in Georgetown on your bike. And I do know the difference. Own a specialized expedition. Had a tune up, brake cables, pads, chain replaced, and bottle of chain oil. All for the excellent price of under $140 taxes included! Ryan is an absolute pleasure to deal with, and a really nice person. Don’t take your bike elsewhere in Georgetown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ryan in the hockey department provided excellent service and did a great job on my skates! Way better than stores that use machines. I believe Tom is the Manager. Very friendly when I was leaving. The service in this store has always been excellent even when at times I have come in for just a pickup on an online order.
