★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last week I was helped by a wonderful employee named Lisa. With her help, and guidance, I bought a beautiful saffiano bag.
The whole experience was wonderful with her. She took the time to explain to me all the details and all the pros of this bag, and caring for the bag. She spent a good half an hour with us and we were thrilled. I gave her my card and I said Lisa we're going to be doing more business with you. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the treatment that she showed us.
Thank you again for your help Lisa she loves the bag and we will see you again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ got kicked out of the store by the manager for not putting my mask on my nose after I told her it’s a medical exemption. Extremely rude and unprofessional workers. Lost a client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok if Im paying at a luxury brand and Im buying authentic first hand products I need to get the right service. I purchased a bag that I had told ut is the last one I checked it had some mark whatsoever after wrapping it in dust bag as store was about to close, I leave the store check and hey my bag does looks like it has been used for days and days. We are talking white bags so either give your customer a decent discount and let them know why they are getting that discount and be honest or simply don’t sell a bag for 2000$ and thinking customer is stupid. I have shopped in that mall for years and years do I ever go back to this store NO!!!
We are talking about Prada and Italian luxury brand not some knock off purses.
Don’t treat customers like this cause you will lose them.
I do need assistance from this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prada box stained my Louis Vuitton neverfull mm bag! I threw out the boxes as soon as I saw this but decided to return one of the three items I bought from prada. There was almost an issue with the return! Luckily they approved but now I’m stuck w stained purse. Upsetting for a company that is considered luxury has colour from there boxes rub off. (Yorkdale location).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here to purchase a bag I had already seen in store the week before, I was informed it was no longer there but they had something similar in a color I did not want. I kept looking around and then found the bag I had come in for in the color I wanted, I was not helped or treated well until I told the man standing around that I wanted to buy this bag and if he could go look in the back. Only then did he decide I was worth his time. I then also bought a wallet with the bag and he begun to try and be nice and chat me up meanwhile 5 min prior he had not even bothered to look my way. Store is stocked well but the staff need to learn manners. Not the best pictures but you can see one of the bags they usually have in stock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a horrible experience at this store when trying to return/exchange an item that was purchased 3 days ago. The manager assumed I used the bag because I removed the stuffing and was extremely rude and unhelpful to me. She then stamped "final sale" on my receipt and when I asked her why, she called security. She basically tried to humiliate me for no good reason.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a great experience coming to find shoes and Accessories at the Prada Toronto premium outlets here in Halton hills. The prices are def half of what you’d find at the Prada retail store. In terms of quality it’s just as good as the retail store. The outlet is mixed with runway and outlet pieces. A lot of the items come from the retail store. Only thing for key pieces especially with shoes can be they sell out quick and it could be hard to find your size if it’s larger. There’s a wide selection between both woman’s and mens items. They also carry Miu Miu in the store.
