All the employees were talking on the cash and telling customer it’s self service so go help your self. I can’t believe how management doesn’t care about customers and allow their mangers to swear at customer, because they need help with style and sizes.

There were probably half a dozen customers in the store, yet 3 employees were huddled together talking in the front of the store and not helping the customers who were looking for shoes… aka their job. The further we went into the store the more people followed us in yet their conversations continued. I will not be returning to this location.

Not even know what is on their poster, when I asked for the location of the shoes. Didn’t even say “thank you” when I paid for the shoes. I hope the store manager sees these reviews and fix the issues.

When asked thesalesperson why the item price is different, she said this is due to tax. I asked for a refund of the difference, she said normally I won’t do it but I will do this time. She wasn’t at all respectful at all.

He showed me ALL the possible options that would fit my descriptions. He was very professional. Additionally, he held a lot of knowledge about the shoes which shows his effort and salesmanship. Thanks for the great service Zuzu!
