★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall this is a great store if you like Diesel. Some great sales people, some bad ones. Similar to any other outlet. Tip - Best sales are found on long weekends. Several times I have got Diesel jeans for $45 CDN (taxes in) here.

their rerun policy only allows you to have exchange or store credit. The sales person did not let me touch the sweatshirt , he kept bothering us and ask us every 5min if we need help.
When I touched something he ran over . When I reached for something he right away came over and started to ask and tell what’s what.
Very strange costumer service, I hade the feeling that I was watched if I steal something.
It’s funny because I work as a loss prevention officer. ( the sales guy from Pakistan)- what is your deal? Wipe off the saliva of your mouth and stop interrupting the shoppers with ur nonsense.
I don’t think I will ever return. If I need something from this brand I will stick to the online shopping experience.
Don’t recommend this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came into the store at 7:30pm jus to find the door locked prematurely. I came in the next day jus to be helped by an untrained staff and cigarette smell riddled manager. This brand is going downhill! They have some serious staffing issues.

This company cares more about $$ than valuing their employees or customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb designs that stand the test of time. My Diesel leather belts from the early-90s remain a part of my wardrobe despite decades of heavy use. They used to be made in Italy, and even though some of the outsourced products of recent years were questionable, the company appears to be returning to its roots. Prices may seem excessive even at the outlet store. However, they reflect the excellent quality, durability, and timeless designs of their products. And, there are frequent deals to be had if one pays attention. Thanks to all the helpful and knowledgeable staff over the years. Love my new khakis. Highly recommended. ☆☆☆☆☆
