I just now came from the Guess store in toronto Premium Outlet and the manager there doesn’t know how to speak with the customer politely. She frankly told that “ she is not suppose to talk to the customers politely “ She has been as rude as possible. I wish not even give one star but no option for me. I just went to replace the torn jacket. Horrible customer service.

Worst Experience ever. Poorest customer service given by the manager herself. I would suggest you guys the manager there says that ''I am not here to talk politely with the customers'' I can never imagine any manager talking like that with the customers. And what I know with my customer service experience that customers are supposed to be treated in a really polite way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was very bad experience dealing with the manager here. I was there regarding a complaint regarding my jacket and the way she was talking to me was so rude. Even she said that "I do not speak politely with the customers.", whereas they should be polite with their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very excellent extraordinary customer service by Sukhpreet. She helped me find sizes and made sure my outfit looked complete. Very polite and soft spoken girl. I left the store very happyy. Thankyou definitely shopping again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give it zero stars of I could. Merchandise is placed in the"wrong" area where there should have been discounts. Received a promo email from guess factory stating extra 10% off if purchasing more than $150. Well we did and the store couldn't apply it, basically dusting their hands saying it not their problem. They then rang up the sales with an incorrect payment and wanted us to stay and fix their problem. Bad experience with the store and the brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They had sale on handbags and clothings. Also, well organized. No need to wait till Boxing Day, you can go now and grab all the items in offer price whenever you want. Subscribing to their membership will get you point each time you purchase and eventually get more discount.
