★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please get rid of all the mainland Chinese sales of your store...either retail, hudson bay and outlet location....it really hurts your brand reputation. this is one of the reason I refuse to shop here anymore...other sales is perfectly fine...only those mandarin speaker

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEVER SHOP HERE. I went here for opening weekend 2 weeks ago and they made me wait in line for changing rooms for 45 mins while the associates let people with more items push in front of us. They would then speak to them in Mandarin so no-one else in the store would know what they were saying while they pushed. After 40 mins they let the lady in front of me try her items in in Sandro. After I got to the changing rooms the associate DIDNT EVEN GET MY SIZES so I literally left empty handed. THEY DIDNT EVEN GET MY SIZES!!! I even confirmed when I was in the line since i asked for 2 sizes of a pair of shorts but could only see one- she said they were both there. They got my number and said they would call me when they had my size.
I JUST WENT BACK TODAY. They had my size (guess 2 weeks wasn't long enough to tell me they got my size in) there was a new manager (acted like the last got fired??) and she refused to help me- they had 14 people in the changing room line but only 2 people were in the store. The people who were actually there were also really angry. I tried to reason with the manager and ask if they could apply the same promo (since it was still the same) and the lady said no. She offered her number but said there was nothing shell ever be able to do! THEN WHY ARE YOU TRYING TO GIVE ME YOUR NUMBER?? Literally no help.
Trust me when I say dont go because I cant even BELIEVE i went back. You're welcome for saving your time in advance. I also let customer service know politely 2 weeks ago but clearly it didn't work because nobody got back to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called Maje and spoke to Pinky. She was kind and courteous over the phone. She put an item on hold for me and i dropped by to pick it up the next day. I noticed an error on the pricing after I paid and got home. When I called the next day. She was so apologetic and quickly worked to resolve the pricing discrepancy. I have always liked Maje and found this store in particular is a lovely place to shop. I've had positive experiences with both Shab (the store manager) and now Pinky. Thanks for your help Pinky! I will see you again soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service of this maje is terrible, especially if you compared with Sandro only 5 meters away. I think mostly is due to the unprofessional manager they have. We went there this afternoon, and have been waiting for two hours to use fitting room, unfortunately in end we were declined to use it. (they only have one fitting room, and they ask you try only 3 pieces at a time for one customer). They keep breaking the rule, discriminating customers and even letting 2 people use one room trying unlimited times. This makes only two people in front of me use fitting room over one hour. After waiting for one hour, one sales asked us to walk around and promised no wait again after coming back. We went to Sandro bought 5 pieces in half an hour and were treated nicely there. After we went back Maje, the manager said "they went out for one hour and had to wait another hour". Should I wait 3 hours for using Maje fitting room? Won't come back again. I even can't believe that the service of Maje is soooooooo much worse than Sandra.
