Also most ruined my wedding. didn't delivery dresses on time. after getting paid refused to leave my home on my wedding day.

Had some Hawaiian slip covers made. Joy did a really great job with them. Had someone else do slip covers and they didn't compare to Joy's workmanship. She is such a sweetheart too! June

I had used Mojo couture one time before and received a beautiful shirt on time. So when I got engaged and needed a traditional African dress, I went to her, and so did my family in law to get clothing made. We went at the end of July to get fitted and drop fabric, asking for everything to be ready at the end of August as our wedding was September 9. To make a long story short, the date was pushed back multiple times until the DAY OF MY WEDDING. she told us 3 times she was going to drop it off and never did and cancelled all appointments to pick them up. Then the afternoon of my wedding we still didn't have anything and our friend had to go get it from her house after we demanded our clothes. Her husband blocked our friends in with his car until we payed the remaining 50% we owed via email transfer as we were getting ready at home. When they brought is the clothing, it was absolutely terrible. My husband's shirt was enormous as was my dress, as well as the peplum being completely lopsided. She also DIDNT EVEN INCLUDE OUR ACTUAL WEDDING DRESS AND SHIRT. She had included a completely different one that my mother in law had asked to be made as a gift for me. So we paid for nothing. When I called she said "it won't be ready today, I didnt finish it". Remember - this is the day of my wedding! If she had told me she wouldn't finish I would have gone elsewhere, but she kept saying she was going to drop the items and never did. My mom sewed me, my husband and my mother in law into our outfits because everything was frayed and poorly fitted to the point it wouldn't stay on, and out wedding was 3 hours late because of Mojo Couture. The worst nightmare I've ever had was with her and she truly ruined what would have been a beautiful day. We looked horrible and regret ever working with her.
