★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is honestly so bad. Came here a few years back to get a grade 8 grad dress. The place is so tiny and you’re not even allowed to touch the dresses, you have to choose them from an IPAD. Found a couple dresses I liked and the guy only brought me 3 of the 5 dresses I picked. Ended up buying one that was so cheaply made you’d think it’s from SHEIN charged me $200. The dress colour I wanted they didn’t have in store so they said that they would order it and it would get here with plenty of time. They told me they would call when the dress arrived but they never did. Waited months and I had no choice but to go in store and ask for my dress. When I asked for the dress they said that the dress I ordered was discontinued… they gave me the same dress but a different colour which was so ugly and told me to leave. I asked if we could just switch it with a different dress I had tried on and that I would pay the $20 difference. They refused and then asked if I wanted alterations. When I originally bought the first dress they told me that any alterations would be FREE. So I asked if they could make the train on the dress shorter and they told me that it I needed to pay for alterations. They tried to scam me then lied to me. If I hadn’t gone in store then I never would have even got a dress.
Absolutely HATE this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish I could give zero stars. They’re scammers, half of the five star reviews are fabricated by the owners. They will not allow you to take a photo in the dress until after you purchase it (because they rip off and copy designers then charge more for terrible quality). The man who works there is creepy and comments on young girls bodies, watching them as they try on dresses. Convinced me to buy a dress three sizes too large just to charge hundreds of dollars in alterations. Tragically takes away the excitement that should be around buying a prom dress. Bought a dress after they constantly pressured me to buy it and ended up in tears over the whole situation. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

I chose my dresses from an iPad and Rafael and Anna helped me chose the perfect dress for me. They give great advice. Thank you guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful dresses- we found stunning burgundy bridesmaid dresses for my wedding, same color but different styles. My bridesmaids could pick and choose what styles they liked/felt comfortable in. Professional & friendly service, they had their alterations done here too. One of my bridesmaids was 7 months pregnant, and the dress was altered beautifully! Will be coming back for dresses for every occasion, thank you Anna ❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So very happy with the amazing customer service! We had been to many stores before this one looking for a prom dress, and it took one try for our daughter to say ‘Yes’ to the dress. We were so pleased that we went back and bought a dress for our youngest daughter’s Grade 8 graduation. The only drawback is you can only try 3 dresses among your top 10, so choose wisely ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coming to this store you are up for a full marketing and sales lesson if you pay attention to all that happens there.
I didn't like the experience. Among other things, I hated the loud music, which most likely is part of the sales strategy - it makes you want to make a quick decision to get out of there quickly.
But my teenager daughter was happy with the flattering treatment they covered her with. Plus, I had spent a couple of hours looking for a dress in several malls for her to use for her graduation celebration without success, and at Nancy's we went in, she picked a few dresses to try out, chose one, I paid, and we got out with the promise of an adjustment (for $10 more dollars) and a dress steamed if we come back closer to the event date.
The price is a bit exaggerated, but I am happy to pay that just to avoid spending more time looking for dresses.
In the end, the service was not bad. It is just too fake for my liking. I was expecting worse after a few reviews that I read here. Yes, it is true that you cannot touch the dresses and you cannot take pictures of you trying them until you say yes to the purchase. Not touching is understandable - if everyone touches the dresses they will get dirty and ruined. Not allowing you to take pictures, is part of them protecting themselves against competitors and one more push to rush you into a positive decision.
