I was notified immediately and they hand delivered my order to my home the next day!. Outstanding customer service.
The clothes are so comfortable and i will be a loyal customer and refer people to shop here.

I have received so many compliments on all the lovely pieces I have purchased from Lace and Envy. The owner Julia is the sweetest person you will ever meet. She is super helpful, very responsive, and willing to hold items for you so you don't miss out. Thank you Julia for everything you do. The orders were dropped off to my home within days of the order being placed or arriving in store if it was a preorder item. I’ve always received friendly emails to let me know the items were delivered. Can’t say enough about this small lical business. Just ordered an item as a gift and can’t wait to see what the recipient thinks of the item. I know she will love it.
