I purchased items from another Ardene's store and returned them within the grace period. Cashier 71414 made a mistake on my receipt which was refused to acknowledge, and it resulted in a difference of $1.50 in my refund, so I ended up getting only 20 cents back. She insisted that I put this onto a gift card and would not give me cash for 20 cents - I've worked retail before and this is outlandish to give someone 20 cents on a card.
I went to another location the next day and received the correct refund back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The absolute best Ardenes hands down . Thank you so so much Sharelle for helping me today! Seriously I can’t thank you enough . During COVID I’ve put on Quite a bit of weight so I needed to exchange some items I got from another Ardenes in burloak that ( wouldn’t help me or exchange the items ) … so I came to the Ardenes in Burlington mall and Sharelle helped me exchange my items ANDDD brought me through the whole store to help me find some other things that would fit me . Sharelle should go do some customer service training at the other locations in Burlington because if they all had a Sharelle those sales per day would be much better !
It’s not just about ringing people up , it’s about helping them through out the store and also letting them know your there should they need anything !! Thanks again Sharelle !! Seriously ❤️❤️❤️
I’ll be back when i drop this weight !!! Aahahah

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Website says they close at 8. Google and Apple Maps both say they close at 8. The mall says they close at 8. Got there at 7:25 and they were closed up. I understand COVID has made staffing hard, but put up a sign or something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I shop here a lot. Recently purchased a pair of running shoes and they were so uncomfortable. I wore them out so I was unable to return them. Only to get a %20 coupon for the issue. Things like this keep happening here and I think it'll be the last time I shop here. The shoes were thrown in the garbage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was 100% absolutely the best Ardene store to shop at and that I’ve been at. I was lucky enough to get assistance from the manager Sharelle and Tess the other day in regards to a last minute gift idea for my Girlfriend. They were both so pleasant and eager to help plus the store was cleaner than any of the other ones my girlfriend has dragged me to. Btw she loved everything!! thanks so much for all your help Sharelle and Tess I appreciate it, and I’ll most definitely be mentioning to my girlfriend my experience. Would highly recommend this place great customer service.
