★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The mall is nice and has good shopping options along with multiple food outlets available at food court. It has major retailers like Homesense, Hudson Bay and Winners which is one stop shop for all day to day needs. The vicinity has ample parking space.
The mall is overally very clean and quite organized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time I came to this place, I was with my co-worker. She told me, that this was a good placed to shop at. She wasn't kidding. We went during our lunch break and after work. Now and than, I would go to the mall on my own to shop at different stores and then I come home with my trunk full of purchases.
They do have benches or chairs to sit down and rest. They do have a fair size free parking lot with Wheelchair Accessible Parking Lots. They do have a food court with a variety of fast food restaurants to choose from. They do have a dining area to sit down to eat. They do have Public Washrooms and Wheelchair Accessible Entrances. They do have several entrances to get in and out of the parking lot and in the Mall.
There is people wearing mask and some are not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The mall is very clean and the layout is simple enough that it's hard to lose someone if you split off to shop alone for a while. The food court has the only Taco Bell in Burlington.
They have recently added a small arcade area near the food court that has game cards you load with your debit, the claw machine is play until you win which is a huge hit with my young kids.
It's a nice family mall but somewhat small compared to Mapleview mall or Oakville Place mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I treated my 4 yr old grandson Charlie to lunch today because he told me I looked like a beautiful Princess. The service from the minute I walked in the door was excellent. Several of the girls popped by to have a little conversation with Charlie, the food was served at just the right time and everything was delicious! I may have felt like a Princess at home but in the restaurant little Charlie was treated like a King. Thank you so much?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was a bit of a ghost town for a few years but it’s really ramping up again! The Reno’s were quite nice and I love having the big Indigo and the local artisan shop. Only consideration is that there aren’t many big brand stores so if you’re looking for something very specific it might be harder to find. But if you’re just browsing or flexible I’d say this is a decent mall, and not as crowded as others!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, spacious and not extremely busy so in store shopping is quite a nice experience here. Good selection of stores, hidden gems like Shoppers Drug Mart that has no outside entrance/exits but was pleased to see it there. Very happy to shop at this mall?
I forgot to mention..seasonal events for the kids happen here..Easter bunny, Santa..so if you want pictures, I would go here cause the displays are adorable ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Burlington mall has a couple of good brand stores. I was looking for a camera store here but there is no camera store in the mall. The mall has a good parking lot.
A couple of options in food. The food court is functional.
