Today I was at Laura Secord Burlington Mall and I was very unhappy with my service. I ordered a small cone and payed 4 dollars for barely a kiddie scoop meanwhile the customers ahead of me ordered the same thing and received almost a full scoop more. The employee did not care and I wasted my money. Will not be going here anymore.

It's a good place to get chocolate treats, they have a a few different flavors of ice cream you can get. They 3 sizes of boxes that you can get different chocolates in or pre made boxes already done. You can get treats for yourself or as a gift for someone. Friendly staff who are very helpful. Place is always clean and tidy. Prices are good. You should check it out for yourself.

Good afternoon, I am contacting you to formally complain about Laura Secord policy of not receiving 100 dollar bills. Today at 1.45pm I had ordered an ice cream for my 3 year old and bottle of water for my self. Only to be turned away after i had recieved the items because the store did not accept 100 dollar bills CDN. My little guy had already eaten some of the ice cream and I had to take it away from him to return it to the employee upon her request due to me only having hundred dollar bills. I've been coming to this mall for sometime and have never had this problem before. Normally i wouldn't care but the look of disappointment and distress on my son's face has made me very disappointed in your tenant hence my complaint. There are no signs nor advance notice about the 100 dollar policy at the store or anywhere in the mall or entrances. I don't think a 3 year deserves to feel like the above mentioned nor should the mall or its tenants be neglectful to a three year old especially for a 5 dollar sale.

I am Covid conservative, but today was ridiculous. Despite being at least 12 feet behind the customer at the cash register, I was barked at that only one customer is allowed in the store. The mall was three feet to my left. Sometimes common sense needs to prevail. I didn't order anything and left.
