Spoke with the owner of future tech -Kash. I was very upset that I had spent $120 on a replacement back glass of my phone and it has cracked. We noticed that it was not seated properly to the back of the phone and therefore return to the store to have it replaced and replaced done. After speaking with kash the owner I am pleased to say that he is gladly replacing the back of the glass at no charge and will ensure that the job is done properly. Thank you it is much appreciated great customer service we will be returning customer

I want to share a review about future tech burlington. I have iphone 8plus,I accidentally dropped it and it’s not showing anything on the screen. I went head straight to future tech burlington. Hafiz is very responsive and polite. His approach to customers is very professional. Anyway i had to be somewhere in a meeting back then. He repaired my phone within 25 minutes and i saved 200$.

If I'm able to give this place a negative star I would. Do not come here to purchase anything, they have the worst customer service and not professional at all. My husband went there today to purchase a phone case, brought it home and 2 hours later the ring on the back broke. He brought it back and asked the owner for any exchange the owner not only didn't give him an exchange he acted hostile towards my husband. Mall security had to be called, and the owner then lied to the mall security that my husband was being rude to him it's terrible you do not treat your customer like that i. I'd understand if we had used the case for a couple days or a week, but this was within 2 hours that the case broke any business should know that you should have some kind of warranty for your products.
