They were very professional and polite. I had a great experience and would definitely refer family and friends here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly service however after bringing my iPhone 12 in for minor repair with a cracked screen otherwise working fine I had an aftermarket screen installed and the phone unfortunately is worse now and not useable. I not only have to buy a new phone from apple now I also loose the cost on the screen replacement. I recommend never get non apple screen repair . The owner did replace it with another aftermarket Non apple screen and it was is worse. The manufacturer of the screens is garbage. Only get apple screen. It’s not usable . After reviewing these screens online it’s a known that this can happen with iPhone 12 and non apple screens . Not functional, very hot, short battery life, non responsive won’t answer calls when touched. None of this was happening before the screen was replaced .
