When i got to the store i had a warm greeting and polite service. 100% would go back to them for their service as well as their prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was attentive and knowledgeable. We asked about some entry level components for our living room, and were not steered toward buying more expensive pieces. They talked about the advantages of higher models, and were genuinely happy to package up a receiver and turntable for us even at 30 minutes to close. No pressure at all, which was fantastic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great personalized experience. Went in to buy a tv. Dil helped me decide on the best one for my needs by explaining the different units. The one I decided on was not in stock so rather than wait two weeks for it to be delivered he picked it up in his own vehicle and brought it to the Burlington location the next day. When I went to pick it up and it wouldn’t fit in my vehicle, he put it in his and brought to my house. Who does that? ?Would buy here again for sure ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted tvs ,projector ,speakers the lot , he says wait until the new home installer gets in touch , 8 weeks later and a few calls to remind them later absolutely nothing ! I bought 3 brand new Sony from Best Buy . Gave them a second shout to enquire about Klipsch speakers again taken my details although im In there due to many pre purchases .3 weeks later still nothing absolutely shambolic customer experience again I bought 4K projector and speakers elsewhere , disappointed with them thought I’d be looked after instead of going the bigger stores but felt like they didn’t even care .

Not only did Ken set up and simplify our new Smart TV and connect it to our existing sound system, but he also spent time teaching us alternate ways to address issues that had been concerns with our former T.V. in order to get the best sound possible. His professional expertise combined with his personal touch made our purchase a pleasant experience all 'round.
