★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apple Mapleview Centre has the worst customer service! First, you have to make separate appointments for purchases and Genius Bar which they don’t tell you when booking your original appointment so you’re forced to make another trip back to the store. When you’re finally checked in for your [second] appointment you still wait forever for an employee to help you and when they do they’re condescending, rude and rush you out. Will never shop at this location again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great mall for all major shops. However, one need to be watchful for sale items as very few items were found on sale each time I visited. Cellphone repair as well as watch repair shops are also available at reasonable prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a phone for my office manager here. At the end of the year I could not find the receipt. They required me to come in person with the phone to get a freaking receipt. How is this not accessible online in 2022?
I talked to someone on the phone and they told me email the manager. Well I never heard back.
I didn’t have time to drive 40 mins round trip plus take my office manager’s phone for a few hours.
Luckily I ended up finding it.
Honestly that’s pretty poor customer service. I will just buy online next time, where my receipts are easy to access.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very disappointed in the sales member that was helping me today. I went in to purchase an Apple Watch 7, I knew the size I wanted and the colour but I wanted to try out the new loop bands. I told the her that I used the template online and according to that i was a size 8 and so she got me a band to try on, when I put it on it was too tight and I told her that and then she said that is not your size and she took the template and put it on my wrist and turns out that the size was an 8, she then quickly put it in her system to have it brought out so I assumed that the band i tried on was a smaller size then 8 since she said that wasn't my size. I take it home and its the same tight band I tried on and now I have to go back to the store and return it. The whole purpose of going into the store was to try on the right size before purchasing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Experience - Had what I was looking for and was in and out in no time. Best way to shop. I was a little worried they would take my 6 gift cards as part payment(gifts from my wife) but it wasn't an issue. Experience was amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the staff members are approachable and nice but there’s always one of those people that ruins the whole experience. I came in to get my phone fixed and I was told that my phone would be ready in an hour so I waited at the store. An hour and a half passed by and they said that it is not done yet so I patiently waited another half an hour but the lady that gave me my phone gave me an attitude and does not seem to understand my frustration as I have all my debit and credit cards on my phone so even if I leave and shop around, I cant, I could not even go anywhere to buy coffee or drinks. This lady assumed that I know their policy that when they are busy, it would take some extra time. Would have been nice if she told me nicely and not give me attitude as I am frustrated already as it is.
