If you’re in the market for a TV or electronics in general, Mack is your guy and Visions is the place.

Few hiccups with the install but the most loyal customers are those that have a problem and it's fixed without any hassle. Hats off to Devon at the store and their installation team. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into the store today hell bent on purchasing a 75” Hisense TV and walked out with a 65” Sony Bravia TV instead, all because Lucas took the time to explain the science behind the TV. Sometimes bigger isn’t better. I was very impressed with Lucas’ knowledge ! He asked me about my watching habits, what I wanted from a TV and then he helped me understand the things that affect my watching experience. There was absolutely zero pressure to purchase but I decided to buy the TV because Lucas was honest and straightforward. Great experience !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over the past few weeks we have had the opportunity to finish our basement and create a home theater space for myself and my family. Having not shopped for home theater equipment for several years I wanted someone to not sell me on a product but to educate me on the latest technology. Lucas Williams at the Burlington Visions store quickly became my trusted advisor. He did an incredible job telling me the pros and cons of each piece of equipment I was considering. He was very honest and worked extremely hard to not only put together a home theater system but to do so on a budget that no one could come close to. Lucas has not only won my business for this purchase but he's my go to guy now for any of my electronics needs. I can't tell you how impressed and happy we all are with what we have in our basement now and we owe it to Lucas and the Visions store for getting us here. I would highly recommend Lucas to anyone wanting to truly learn about av equipment. His knowledge was unmatched by anyone else I approached when I was shopping around. He also cared for us like no other store. He's won my business for years to come. BTW I have never written a google review (positive or negative) for anyone else but I felt the need to share this experience because of how great it was.

We were helped on the floor by Lucas - if I could give Lucas 6 stars I would. Knowledgeable on the products, great advice, exceptional and personable customer service. If you’re in the market for some tech, I’d highly recommend you seek him out on the floor. We’ll be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s been about four months since I bought this TV from Visions. I wanted to wait and see how it performed rather than a gushing first impression. Overall I love the TV. For what I need it’s great. It’s clear and smooth when watching movies or football or playing games. Where it struggles is the operating system. Not the best and rather laggy - but aside from trying to move through the menus fast, everything else is great. The sound is even decent. Also, the buying experience was great because Devon Bailey from visions was awesome to deal with. He was knowledgeable, professional and personable. I will be going back to visions to talk to Devon next time I need something.
