★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service! I was in this afternoon to print out some photos and was helped by a very pleasant employee named Anthony. The store was very busy, but Anthony didn’t try to rush me and made the process nice and easy. He was able to step me through the process of printing my pictures and they turned out amazing! I will definitely go there again! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long story Short: They wasted my time by giving me a failed citizenship photo - and they knew they were doing that.
Went there to get a citizenship application photo, I knew they were testing photos in their system and although I wasn’t entirely happy with the photo I thought ‘they’re testing it online and it should be alright’. The person who handed me my photo said ‘if for any reason your photo gets rejected come back and we’ll take it again for free’ - but he didn’t elaborate on why on earth that would happen for a photo that is tested through an online system :) And I was in a rush so I left. Today I was filling my application and found out the photo he took didn’t pass that test and he gave it to me anyways?! If you’ve ever applied for Canadian citizenship you know the hustle of changing dates and how much time and effort goes into it. Well I think that’s unfair that I’m going to have to spend another half day + going back to the store and stressing in front of my computer because your employee couldn’t bother to take another 5 minutes to level my shoulders and take another photo. I’ll be coming in to get this rectified and hoping not to have any issues doing that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All I have to say is WOW ... the exceptionally outstanding customer service by Quinn was remarkable.
She proactively came over to help me as I entered the store to help with my questions about the self-service photo kiosks and their use. She was responsive and very explanatory.
However, where she excelled is in her dealing with a rather (in my opinion) rude and snotty customer ... she dealt with it with grace, professionalism, she apologized a dozen times (due to the the paper size photo kiosk back-order issue) and continued to be helpful to this customers' unbelievable asks ....
Quinn excelled ... congrats to her ... honestly I could not have done it with the same grace and poise that she did ... she is a keeper and will excel to even greater heights ...
Merry Christmas - Quinn - thank you for putting a smile on my face - that there are such good people like you in this world!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this location for a return and they told me they charge a 10% restocking fee for all purchases from other locations. Although I returned the item within the 15-day time they were insisting it is their policy. So they just wanted $150 free money
