Ordered laptop 5 days ago - was supposed to be delivered yesterday on Jan 4. January 6th still no laptop. I have phoned Best Buy 4 times today - line has been disconnected twice after lengthy wait on each call (pls tell me why it would take 40 mins to hold before speaking with a human??), nobody calls me back after being disconnected although they went to the trouble of verifying my cell at the beginning of call?? Fourth operator tells me I need to call anther number about the missing package - I hold for 20 mins - phone that number and told that they cannot help and me with missing package but another number can - they give me that number. I call that number and listen to a recorded message saying they cannot answer phones or take messages or help! I call back original Best Buy - explain situation - just want the laptop - need quickly - agent reiterates what I already can read on the tracking - didn't need someone to read that to me - i know how to read - nothing accomplished. Now what?? I've spent my evening dealing with this - I feel like I need to submit a bill for my wasted time.

Went on this store in December 2021 to buy a Samsung 55 TV, the guy on Samsung TV section were busy on his smart phone, chatting/texting with someone, he did not offer any help or bother to look on us. We help our self and choose the TV. May be have less employees on the store and reduce the price. They are less helpful anyway.

So I bought a security system from Best Buy that cost me over $300 and wanted to get the Geek Squad to install the mounting for it. My appointment was scheduled for the 23rd of December to have it get cancelled because four people called in sick and then to be rescheduled for the 28th to then have nobody show up and no phone calls to now have it rescheduled for the end of January. They want to charge me for a survey call of $118 just to make sure where I want them hooked up and then to come back later and mount the brackets for another $200. I think Best Buy is now the worst place to buy anything electronic. They never answer their phones and it takes you half an hour to find anybody to help you in the store. Horrible company and would not recommend them to anybody. The only reason why I bought the cameras that I wanted there was because they came in a 5-pack as opposed to a 1, 2 or 3 pack. I am now looking elsewhere to get my cameras mounted outside my house.

Tim in the TV department was very helpful today, taking time to clearly explain the difference between various televisions and the services offered by Best Buy to maximise the value of your purchase (ex. At home calibration). Very friendly and informative!

Went to look at TV’s. The staff was friendly and not pushy at all. The store is bright and nicely renovated with lots of stock on display. So much variety that you have lots of choices to pick from. I have never had any issues returning products and the line ups always go fast.

I took my best friend to Best Buy to purchase her phone. English is not her first language and she is not familiar with computer issues. She has problems with some of the programs and I though it would be in her best interest to take it to the Phone Geeks at Best Buy. Boy did I make the best decision ever! The Best Buy in Milton, Ontario, had this incredible sale person who was patient, informed and went out of his way to ensure she had the tools necessary to make her phone experience less restrictive. His name is Abdullah Kamal and he is our hero. We still talk about him and what an asset he is to your organization. Again and again, Best Buy proves itself to be on the cutting edge of technology and made our experience less stressful. Thank you Abdullah Kamal, Super Phone Guy!

Wonderful experience! Extremely welcoming and helpful staff which also helped me get a great deal when buying 2 iPhone 13. Overall, I have only great things to say as they gave us a far better treatment and deals compared to the Apple Store nearby. I highly recommend!
