Michael’s in general is pretty terrible.
For months & months they have listed a particular yarn in a particular colourway on their website - but it’s NEVER IN STOCK. I called the 800 number to find out when this particular colour (Jasper) of this particular yarn (Michael’s house brand, Loops & Threads - Barcelona Big) might come back in stock. The person I spoke with told me to call every week on a Thursday when they get their shipments in. I tried for several weeks and it was never in stock.
I called the 800 number again to ask why they keep advertising this yarn on their site when they never have it in stock… And they told me to keep checking for it.

Donna took her time to answer all my questions and listened/helped me find the best frame. Highly recommend this Michael's and I'll be going back to get some degrees framed before the new year!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your typical busy Michaels. Large clean location with ample parking. Good staff. Large plaza complex is a pain to get in and out of with only 1 main entrance/exit, especially if you are trying to go north.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped by this Michael’s location as they were the only store with a Dremel Flex Line I was looking for all over the place.
Sandy placed them aside for me as well as a bit set for my future project!
Had an amazing time here - thank you very much Sandy for helping me to make my visit a wonderful experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Michaels and this location is my “home” store. The staff are very knowledgeable and keep up to date on Pinterest craft trends which is where I get a lot of my crafting inspiration. With the daily coupons the pricing comes out pretty reasonable too!!
