★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was very disappointed with their inventory. I have been going there for years getting the same products mainly griffins fast drying alkyd paint. Normally there are hundreds of tubes and many colours. Absolutely nothing on the shelves. I had 10 different items on my list i always get there again nothing. A waste of a 45 minute drive one way. I found all 10 items on Amazon and have ordered online with 2 day delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For those complaining about stock… welcome to any store after COVID. Can’t believe you’ll negatively review a show for something they cannot help… also, CALL and ask about stock before driving 30 mins plus, don’t understand some people. Anyway! Great staff, they want to help. If If you got “attitude” from a rep, I’m going to assume you had a worse attitude with them first (that’s how these people are who complain, I know the retail game!). Great experiences here for someone who isn’t a professional artist… yet !! Thanks Julianna and staff at Hamilton! ———— P.s bragging you got what you needed on Amazon just makes you look yucky, plan ahead and call them and they’ll even place an order for you and. They did that for my daughter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place for every painting material that you need and more. The prices were fair, and better that Michael's I believe. Although it is not very big, surprisingly, you'll find most of the things that are needed.

The store manager Bassem goes above and beyond to be of assistance, always great advice.

My mother , my husband and I are all painters and have all had horrible experiences there.
I have even brought back things in the package unopened to exchange and they simply will not let you.
We definitely don't like dealing with stores that don't do exchanges so this is a no go for us.
They lost 3 customers because of they're terrible attitudes I love to support small businesses but unfortunately some have horrible customer service
So we go to Michael's now , expensive but you can exchange things and they have coupons lol Currys sucks !!!!
