★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just purchased a used Africa Twin from Derek Smith at Sturgess. Once again, Derek exceeded my expectation of what a buying a bike should be like. From the get-go Derek was on the ball and handled everything with tact, finesse and competency. On the day of delivery, I saw him at the bike making it spotless and went over all the features not commonly known. He even loaded the bike on the trailer for me and gifted me a Sturges T-shirt - small token of appreciation that goes a long way.
This is my second dealing with Derek and Sturges and I have no hesitation to do business here again and would recommend Derek and whole operation for all your biking needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just bought a new Honda Rebel 1100 from them. Derek has to be the best rep I have dealt with in my history of now 14 bikes. They are very professional and work hard to earn your business at a great price. Others are ok, but some want to hose you.
Can't wait for the 2022 riding to start ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd never been to Sturgess Cycle Ltd, despite living in Hamilton years ago. I had mechanical difficulties with my Triumph outside of my former home town Sturgess was a beacon. Getting towed to their location, they graciously helped me get my bike running again, despite having a full service day. I'll forever be grateful to the friendly and competent staff. Having checked out the store, they have lots of Triumph branded gear I haven't seen. Shame I didn't have room in my luggage!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super friendly, knowledgable staff and seem to have the best selection of helmets and other gear of all the motorcycle shops in Hamilton. Good, competitive prices even with online dealers. Helpful without being pushy. I haven’t purchased anything there yet, but I definitely plan to in the near future.
