The parts department of this place is ridiculous. They do not want the business. I would not recommend it (even as a last resort). They also like to embellish the story by lying, saying β€œthe customer was rude and swearing”. A note for them; you dummies are in customer service, grow up and act like professionals. It’s not your job to slam other businesses or products when asked for alternatives products. Thanks for the memories

Hello everyone, please don't bring your ATV at this location. Hamilton honda dewildt. I had a very bad experienced. The technician told me the wiring was chewed by the mice. Anyway before I brought my ATV to them. The only problem was the 4x4 is not engaging and my ATV was there for 2 weeks. I decided to pull it out coz' they charging for 1,200 to replace the actuator plus labor it will cost 1,500. I checked it myself and tracked down all the wiring and there is no sign of mice chewed everything is intact. I removed the actuator myself for 30 minutes and put it back and everything works fine.

Drove 30 minutes to purchase a lawn mower at this dealership. When I arrived I was told that they had the lawnmower but it was not ready to be sold as it had to be assembled. Their own website showed that the specific lawnmower I wanted was in stock. I was told to return in a few days and they woiuld have one ready. Hard to beleive that this dealership would not have jumped at the opportunity for $1000+ sale.

I recently purchased a 2017 Crestliner console boat from a dealer other than Dewildt as they did not have a used boat at the price point I was looking at or would take my trade. I reached out to the Service Manager for Dewildt Dylan Wofe and asked about parts for my boat as they are the most local Crestliner dealer. They stated they would follow up my request with their parts department, not a problem. My concern was having to call and reach out several times without a response or being told that they would follow up with their parts department without any return call or email to me. This has gone on for some time, as my contact was with the 'Service Manager' I would ask that you be wary purchasing from this dealer as this is the level of support you can expect.

I was selling my 09 Honda Shadow but I lost the only key that I had. I called Dewilt and asked if was a way to get a new one using the VIN #. I was told by the gentleman in the parts dept that I could not and that I needed to swap the ignition and the rest of the locks. I decided to call a few lock smiths and was told that none of them did motorcycle keys. Two days later I called Dewilt again and asked the gentlemen to order me the new ignition. $302.00. He said β€œsure, when would you like to bring the bike in?” I said I’ll do it as it doesn’t look like a difficult job…. His attitude instantly changed. Two weeks went bye and I haven’t heard from them. I called and was told it was sitting there and that they called and left a message…. They didn’t! My good friend noticed a code on the side of the ignition once it was off and told me to stop. He made a few calls to a place in well and and was able to get me two keys cut for $30. I called Dewilt and asked if they would restock it and they said they would for a 30% restocking fee…. Almost $100. I reluctantly agreed since I made the purchase on inaccurate information given to me by them, the professionals, but $200 is better than $0. When I took the parts back to them, still in the plastic I was told they couldn’t take it back because it was electronics. I grabbed my parts and left. That morning I finalized my divorce and was handed a nice fat cheque from my lawyer, I was celebrating and I had walked into Dewilt with the intentions of purchasing a new bike. I had waited 2.5 years for this. They lost a 25k purchase over $211.00. I will never spend a dime in that place again

Highly recommend Mitch for all boat purchasers. He is very patient and prepared. Making the purchasing process very smooth and straightforward.

Great buying experience - especially, during off season for a traded-in resale bike that wasn't even a brand they carry. Details count and Mitch Atlee paid attention to them all going over and above for a very satisfied customer.

These guys are great! Bought both motorcycles here and have been servicing them at this location for years. Dave is awesome and an all around good guy. Next time you are looking stop by and ask for him!
