V	Vlad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The whole "supply chain issues" story is enabling dealerships to sell vehicles at a full MSRP prices, so customers are forced to pay 10-15% higher prices for something that is not their fault. Dealerships, and especially manufacturers have ZERO intention to take even the portion of the cost of these issues, so they decide that the customers will pay for it all. A very convenient setup for the rich to get richer. On top of that, despite me ordering additional accessories for the new motorcycle that I just purchased, Burlington Cycle didn't have any willingness to install the part for free or as part of a good customer service practice; I understand that they have no financial incentive to do so in the current situation described above, but something that would take them 15 minutes for a customer that just spent $13000 plus at their store MUST be a complementary item if you have ANY sense of what good business practice means. Very bitter sweet experience. For this reason, I will be doing my maintenance elsewhere as this is the only "weapon" I have to fight this injustice.

I had bought a new bike in a private deal and it was idling high, was really loosing sleep over this issue... I called up Burlington Cycle and they advised that there was a recall on my bike that's possibly linked to this issue, so left my bike with them for about 2 weeks and whatever they did eventually resolved my issue. A big thank you to Rose-Mary for providing absolutely amazing customer service and actively provided updated even though I would call daily to follow up. Thank you Rose-Mary and Burlington Cycle for taking the time to look at my Bike. I highly recommended this place to everyone, I'll surely consider purchasing my next bike from them too!

The OTD price felt realistic and fair. They also offer local delivery for a small fee for those who aren’t comfortable or experienced enough to ride their new vehicle home. I definitely recommend Burlington Cycle!

Took it back a few days later and they fixed it, but absolutely no formal apology or compensation for all my extra time and effort, not even a free wash!! Terrible dealer service - clearly they don't care about customers only their bank account.

They’ve always been super helpful and kind. Recently I was looking for new seat for my bike which is close to 20 years old. Wasn’t having much luck. I called Neil at Burlington cycle and he was incredible and tracked down a new seat for me. Genuinely a really kind guy who knows his stuff top to bottom. Sales staff also helped my buddy with getting his hands on a new CBR. Great local shop with people who love bikes!
