★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is wonderful, great customer care. I bought the North Face boots for my children and they were leaking after a short time. The North Face customer service is terrible and they wouldn't provide any assistance without the receipt. SAIL was able to email me my receipts and even offered to help with replacing the item should the manufacturer not help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found what I wanted so inventory is decent even during the pandemic but I certainly had to do it all myself. At no point did anyone off help, luckily I was tall enough to reach the sizing I needed. Overall it's a nice store, could just use some customer attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What can I say about Sail? Mixed feelings. They do offer a bit of everything. They have good sales at times. Customer service is another matter. If you are buying with confidence, no problem. If you have a return, it is a weird and uncomfortable experience. Many items are final sale here, check ahead before purchase. Good place for ammo, if they have stock. If you like easy and friendly customer service, this is not the place. I had a manager come to argue with me and try to convince me to do a manufacturer return via warranty on a hammock that broke on its first use. No electronics are returnable at Sail either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a coat as a Christmas gift online came defective, my original message was responded immediately once they requested pictures send them over and I got a message that due to the increase in clients messages they may take a long time to give me a resolution. Like really it came defective should be able to respond ASAP refunding me as the product is not usable very dissatisfied with the customer service provided will definitely think twice before ever purchasing from this company again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service and knowledge. Good Canadian company with fair prices, large clearance selection, large selection of everything. Staff was great and helpful. Cashier needed some help - unable to process a promotional code multiple times and later said she did until I got home and realized it was not processed on the receipt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large store with lots of choice and some unique items. Check out these crazy plastic fish slippers. They carry all of the big name brands and have their house line as well. Prices are reasonable. Nice that they are a Quebec, Canadian store too. Mostly helpful knowledgeable and friendly staff. Checkout experience is consistently "ok". Lots of parking. TIP: Go up stairs to see more. MEC and Decathlon are close by if you can't find what you want here, but these guys have the widest clothing selection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sail. My partner spends quite a lot of time there, and we love it. Unfortunately, this Christmas, one of my visits was not as pleasant. Just a few things:
If a customer needs a bag and asks more than three times- give it to them without judging and unnecessary attitude.
If a customer asked about the Return Christmas policy - just kindly let us know the extended day and smile.
It is a busy season, and we are all in it together— no need to be sassy when someone is being nice, especially at cash point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's the ultimate location to buy canoeing, camping, fishing, hunting clothes and equipment. It is a huge two-storey store and has many options for each item to choose from. The prices are competitive and they always something on sale.
The staff are friendly and helpful. They're well-informative, so make sure you reach out to them if you have any doubts/questions.
