Had a great experience today. Came to look and try on the iconic bean boots during the labour day 25% off sale. I was helped by Fernando who was patient and shared useful information about sizes (needed a half size down). Not sure what's going on with the other reviews, but customer service was top notch. My wife wished they had housewares, but there's always online for that.

Nothing against the store but I order ordered a jacket online for CAD 160 plus tax. When the jacket arrived it had a price tag of USD 99 (which is CAD 128 ). So they’re charging a premium to Canadian customers for the exact same product? This is totally unacceptable.

Good service, dressing rooms could have used a dust bunny cleanup. Not a great selection of sizes and colors. Prefer to order from the website for that, but didn't have the time.

Lovely store best customer service ever, bit on the pricey side but you get what you pay for. I still take MEC over this for the varieties they offer. Sorry LL Bean I love you still your products are top notch for sure keep up the good work!

This pretty much goes for all of their retail stores in Canada… I was gifted a $200 gift card. 1. You are only able to use this card in their stores - unable to online 2. They do not sell petite sizes in store. So there goes my afternoon of phone calls, first with customer support who were trying to help as much as possible to get my petite product shipped to me but due to the gift card, could not complete the order because the card HAS to be used in store. I then try calling the Oakville store to ask if I could order it through them and pick it up but they said no. I also asked if I bought the product myself then returned it in-store to be purchased back onto the gift card and again, they said no. Unfortunately I have enjoyed this brand before but their accessibility to inclusive sizes is absolutely disappointing. So if anyone wants to buy the gift card from me, let me know!!

I am a Canadian! I wanted to buy a $460.00 jacket on line, but before I committed, I wanted to be CERTAIN that I could return the jacket to their Canadian store, for a FULL refund. I called the 1-800 #, TWICE, and was assured that was the case. I ordered on line & it was delivered within 5 days (pretty good I think). It was a great jacket, but unfortunately, it did not fit properly. I went to the store the very next day (6 days from ordering), they processed and told me that they would be returning the jacket back to the U.S. and they would be processing the refund once they received it & IT WOULD TAKE APPROX., 4-6 WEEKS. I lost it. They got the manager & I heard the usual "it's our policy". Needless to say, that did not go over very well with me. He felt that he needed to caution me about my being aggressive WITH MY VOICE, & I needed to caution him about his repeating "store policy to me", while I repeated my two phone calls to U.S.A. to him. It took about a 1/2 hour for him to arrange whatever with the U.S. and I was told that I would be getting the refund within the next 2-3 days. I politely and calmly thanked him and I did tell him that I was satisfied with this outcome, but I was COMPLETELY dissatisfied that I had to become visibly loud & angry to get what I and any other customer would have expected from the outset. USE CAUTION & don't forget to ask this most important question in the future: "HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY REFUND". Dec 3/21- At store & told getting refund in 2-3 business days. Dec 6/21- No refund as yet. Dec 7/21- Received Full Refund Today - Thank You.

Amazing store with great customer service. Just like some of LL bean heritage products like the bean boot, their commitment to a quality experience extends through their products to individual transactions. Many of their products like the moccasin, field coats and tote bags are examples of products that have stood the test of time and are generally still manufactured the same way they were 50 years ago which is pretty amazing. Having knowledgeable workers for each and every one of their products is a great shopping experience. So if you do live a little far for this location, it’s well worth the drive!
