I don't know how a company can hire and keep someone who's very rude and disrespectful to customers with kids wanting to buy their products ??!
We sent a complaint email to their head office and got no reply which proves this company care not about you and me " customers" ....
We highly recommend NOT buying from this store

β β β β β The manager Dan needs to learn how to talk to customers in a professional manner. He yelled at my son from across the store for walking in with an ice cream cone. My son didnt even touch any of the merchandise. He could of walked up to him and told him to be careful .
He kept referring to me as "bro". He did not wear his name tag and kept putting his feet up on the table with his dirty shoes

β β β β β Shopped here this afternoon and was happy with how engaged the employees were. I was helped by a gentleman with a buzz cut and tattoos and a tall light skinned gentleman (sorry I didn't get their names!) They were very knowledgeable about everything I asked about and were not pushing for sales, they were very honest. I will definitely be coming to this location now as I usually shop at Mapleview or Square One. Extremely happy with the customer service!

β β β β β Came here to shop, staff were busy chatting and on their cellphones. Was not welcome, acknowledge or offered assistance. I hope this was a rare case and working staff should be present assisting customers. Thank you.

β β β β β Went in there looking for a few pairs of Air Max 90s of unfortunately they did not have that many in their store. In terms of shoes it's pretty picked over and you won't find many of the bigger release shoes such as retro Jordan's, LeBrons or Nike's. They have a basic amount of shoes in there. Staff was pretty helpful and advised me how I can find shoes online through their Foot Locker app and have them either ship to the store or my house.
