★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got takeout the chicken was hard and chewy. Hard swallow and not fresh..... why sell food at all then ? Are you like asking for bad reviews??? Like seriously your store shouldn’t even have a 3 star ⭐️ review you guys should close I called in to tell them that the food was not good and tastes old and even the phone call was a bad experience..... definitely not coming back here..... and what a shame for the store’s franchise name..... this location sucks and you can tell from the other bad reviews CLOSE DOWN THE STORE YOU ARE NOT APPRECIATIVE ENOUGH TO HAVE IT

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty bad for what you’d already expect to be “cheap takeout”. I’m convinced nothing at this location is made fresh. Everything tastes old or reheated.
The fried rice has less flavour than plain white. Go for the noodles instead of the rice if you’re coming here.
The chicken was hard and chewy. Hard to swallow and eat. At least there are other options in the court.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a huge Manchu Wok fan, I love their food. It is my favorite to be honest but for some reason this one location's food does not seem to be Manchu Wok. None of the food I ordered there tasted like it does at other locations. It was like they used totally different recipes. Even the food at Wonderland amusement park is the correct flavor yet not this place. I sadly was so disappointed as was my wife that we have not returned. I really wish I could give this place a good review, I wish they we the same as every other Manchu Wok I have been too but sadly, the only thing Manchu Wok about his place seems to be the name. The staff were fast and friendly though so I should mention that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with the Oakville Place location. Served food late in the day that should never had been sold. Inedible and $30 ended up in the garbage. Voiced concern to server and absolutely no apology.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my family used to come here a lot. Then we stopped because the food quality and taste just kept going down and down. Now this location is one of the worst Manchu Wok locations around. The food never tastes fresh, its always so chewy and hard, they are always out of something and the staff have no customer service training. I called this location at 6pm today. They said they were closing at 7pm. So I decided I would give it a try again. I showed up at 6:30 and they only had rice, noodles, general Taos chicken and sweet and sour chicken. I really couldn’t believe it. No pork, no beef, nothing. Regardless I still ordered the noodles, and the general Taos chicken. The lady working then smashed everything into one small plastic container and I ask her to please separate it and put it in the styrofoam container. She said they didn’t have any. So I asked again for her to please put it in a styrofoam container as the person in front of my just ordered their food and received a styrofoam container and I also saw them sitting on the serving counter. She said no you only order 2 times and you need 3 for the styrofoam container ….. what??? Is that a joke ? I finally said just forget it I’m not buying anything here and I left. Such a disappointment this location is. Should you not offer your whole menu while you are open? If a customer wants a styrofoam container is it policy to argue with them and to tell them no ?? I won’t ever be back here nor will my family. Perhaps head office should audit this location and run the staff through training. This is such a sad disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Manchu Wok location ever. Portions are now half the size and the food quality has dropped. Never again at this location....close up shop so the mall can get a better restaurant. Utter disappointment. Best location is Square One

The spring roll is a little expensive but crispy and yum!
