★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered pickup for the family for my mother's birthday, when I got home I noticed that I was missing one meal. We called and the manager was very nice and when we mentioned the birthday situation they sent out a delivery right away. They actually sent out the entire meal again which was above and beyond, that is serious customer service and you'll surely be keeping us as a client. I forget the staff members name, but it would have been the manager at 6PM EST. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Victoria Day weekend. Went to pickup dinner 20 minutes before close. Risky business. The meals were excellent. Hot, fresh, tasty and generous portions. Great service. Getting food from a restaurant just before close can always be risky. But the staff delivered 5 stars all the way.

This Swiss Chalet's customer service was great and the order was correct and well packaged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the best visit we’ve ever had at a Swiss Chalet location! The service was beyond excellent. Our receipt shows Betty L, so we assume that she was our server. She was amazing!! So pleasant, efficient, friendly & just down right NICE! Always with a smile, came by several times, filling our drinks & checking if we needed anything. Wow, such a pleasure to deal with ppl like this. Our food was delicious, great temperature, chicken moist & yummy. Thanks for a pleasant dinner. Ps. I hope Betty hears what great service she gave us, she deserves kudos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You have to try this brand name if you are not from Canada. I have never actually tried it from US. My husband introduced it to me and i love their food instantly. The Signature of Swiss Chalet sauce is amazing with the chicken. The combo price is very reasonable. The restaurant is very clear and the service is 10
