This location has gone downhill over the past few weeks. I used to frequent this one for years. The food is now stale, overcooked and soggy. Even a fresh piping hot cup of fries were somehow still soggy and disgusting. It is absolutely shameful what has happened here. The quality used to be the best.

Service is always fast, whether that be inside the restaurant or through the drive-through. I noticed that they prioritize people in time of order as opposed to just prioritizing the drive-through like SO many other drive-through restaurants. (Including other McDonald's too, which really aggravates me personally). The drive-through here is a 2-lane-that-becomes-one-merge and somehow this seems to work really well in terms of timely service. I've never had my order mixed up with someone elses' either. Inside the restaurant, it is a very clean environment, consistently as I've visited this location once a week for the past 5 years. There is always Whenever I do attend this location, it is midday therefore; I cannot speak to the quality of late night food, but they're food during the day is always fresh and my order is always on point. Customer service is always friendly and I've personally never had any issues with a nasty employee or personally noticed any uncleanliness with any employees either (for example scratching their head or face then handling the food again). They are practicing all of the covid 19 precautions and taking them seriously; this includes the one person per washroom rule. On the topic of washrooms: Washrooms do include a baby changing station inside the larger, wheelchair-accessible stall. One thing I will note is that there are only 2 kinds of washrooms, male and female. It is lacking a family washroom and/or a non-binary friendly washroom.

I would have given this no stars if I could have! Took 10min to receive our order. Got home (less than 2min drive), everything was super cold! Fries were old, cold and tasted stale. The fries weren't even filled. The big mac was cold and tasted nasty & old.

Very quick service offered by well-trained polite staff. Ordered my Angus with extra bacon strips no bun and no spice making it a wonderful gluten-free experience for a celiac like me. **** Follow up visit 3 years later..... Served at the inside counter by polite and friendly staff, ordered McDouble with no buns extra pickles and onions and three slices of tomato, added a side order of french fries, and once again a perfect lunch for a gluten-free Celiac like me.

The worst McDonald ever. They always mess up the order either order happy meals it didn’t come with the drink or the toy which make my kids very disappointed, also ordered Mcnuggets it didn’t come with dipping sauce. This time is even worst order double Big Mac and the box is state double Big Mac but open it. It is just a regular Big Mac. Such a disappointment

The restaurant is fine and food is similar to all McDonald's. My issue is that it advertises everywhere that it is open 24 hours. So, at 3:30 AM my son and I are hungry after a long day at work and we drive to the 24 hour McDonald's. Turns out that they are open only 23.5 hours a day. They close between 3:30 and 4 every day. I get very upset when places lie in their advertising. Even more upset that the guy at the drive through just says: "yep, we're closed every day for half an hour and then we start serving breakfast at four" but doesn't apologize or offer any compensation for my waste of time or for their false advertising. Rant over.

4 out of 5 times, it horrible. I've had to wait up to 10 for fries all the time. I'm talking between 6 and 7 pm. The printers fail 3 out of 5 times and the management lets adolescent run their dinning room. There's one manager who runs a good show, the rest make it a horrible place to grab quick familiar food

Staff isn't very kind. I was just trying to redeem my app points for a meal and it worked fine at the order speaker but at the window they had issues and wanted me to pay but my points were taken already and I didn't want to lose those + have to pay but instead of helpfulness I was met with an annoyed manager who just wanted me to leave so she said "whatever just let her have it" then when they only gave me half my meal and I asked for the rest it she angirly grabbed another bag from the counter and basically whipped it towards me. The younger kid taking payments was nice but the manager could use some customer service training.
