★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm rating this based on just my experience of this place relative to the other newer models I've been to in Oakville, Mississauga and Burlington. This is just old. Like maybe 1990's old. While it's clean, the interior looks very dated and feels like I've been transported to the 90s with 2019 prices. The caramel Sundae I ordered wasn't done coz they apparently ran out of caramel, then the funnel cake fries I ordered were too dark vs the pic. Like they cooked it in old oil dark.
They did not have frew Wi-Fi (a must have in any fast food joint these days), nor were there enough outlets for those customers looking to hang out.
The staff were friendy enough, though, but missing that caramel out of stock by the cashier when I ordered was a blow to their inventory management and internal communications.
Plus did I say this place looks old? #sad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give this location zero starts for its pricing I would. Watch your pricing at this location! I was charged $19.97 for an impossible whopper with onion rings and a pop plus a side order of mozzarella sticks, and for the same items at an east Toronto location, I paid $15.97. The markup at this Oakville location is significant and the franchisee is greedy. Most likely taking advantage of nearby Sheridan students and residents.

Their impossible burger has lots of toppings lettuce and tomatoes to truly make this an amazing one … forget wendys and their one slice of tomato tiny piece of lettuce . This Burger King makes the best every time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It could be more better. I went to the restaurant today and had 2 veggie burgers. The first thing I noticed was the staff drinking from the Tim's cups on shift. Sets a bad impression in front of the customers. The lady who looked like the manager was pretty chill about the employees drinking upfront. Didn't care about it at all. Needs more managing to do. Otherwise the sandwich was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Picked up 2 Original Chicken Sandwiches from the drive-thru for lunch and they were both raw. Didn't have time to drive all the way back and nobody answers their phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rudest cashier ever. She was touching her phone, facing BACK, while I was standing and waiting infront of the counter for her to notice me. Had to shout so she would notice me and take my order. She also didn't bother to wear gloves or wash her hands AFTER touching her phone when she went back to grab fries. UNBELIEVABLE? need some serious re-training.
