★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from this location. Laura (the manager) has some serious issues that demonstrate in the way she is dealing with customers and the many other reviews attest to that. A client facing job is not for her and a shame she is the manager.
She is condescending and doesn’t listen to the customer. When I asked her what her name was obviously to complain to the company, she refused; telling me she was the manager.
I am quite surprised she is the manager let alone that she is still working there despite the numerous bad reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good selection of shoes but the store was poorly managed. We weren't helped until we went to the back of the store and asked for help. The rep who was helping us disappeared mid-way through our time there. Then we were ignored while standing at the cash register with the $250 boots we wanted to purchase. The reps would free up and walk past us to the next customer. We were finally served after insisting that we be checked out. We came in looking to buy two pairs of boots and ended up only buying one. It was a frustrating experience. There also were lots of boxes all over the store from people trying shoes on that weren't being put away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabulous quality of merchandise but the staff was not particularly attentive and seemed to have trouble understanding simple requests. I will go back only because they are the only place to find some of the lines they carry. Not a pleasant shopping experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deserve Zero star rating , no doubt they have good variety but not quality customer service and manager. She was very unprofessional, rude and loud. Company should look into improving customer service and hire quality manager with good ethics. I recommend not to visit this location but visit other softmoc locations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After buying Birks at Soft Moc for the last 5 years I will be taking my business elsewhere. I ordered Mephisto sandals on line and after wearing them in my kitchen for 2 minutes I had a blister on my toe. Called customer service and was told I couldn’t return them because I had wore them. What is the difference between trying them on in the store and trying them on at home? I wasn’t asking for a refund only a credit towards the usual Birks I have always bought. I will be submitting a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will never shop there again.

Name of amazing sales person: Hannah.
Experience: wonderful 5 star rating.
Situation: Unable to track down size 4 and 5 boys runners ANYWHERE!!!!
3 people have been searching, online and going to stores for the past 4 hours, and have come back empty handed.
Soft Moc has always given me great customer service. Today Hannah went above and beyond, and I can't thank her enough.
She was polite, she was thorough, a pleasure to talk to, and had an excellent knowledge base.
She truely exceeded my expectations.
I wanted to write this review to let everybody know a little kindness goes a long way.
Especially For a single mother.
Hannah you made my day!!!!
