★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After 10 business I haven't received the shoes. I called customer service and they couldn't locate my order, I called the store and was transferred to another store without knowing why. I was put on hold for 22 minutes; after that, I was disconnected. I called the store again and asked them to let me know what's going on with my order and why I was transferred to another store. I was told they don't have it in the Oakville store (I knew that when I placed my order). The lady told me she will look into it and will call me back. 3 days later, no one called me or followed up regarding my issue. I called the store again and was told that the order will take 5 to 6 weeks and that the person who placed an order gave me the wrong info. I'm very disappointed with this customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to travel about an hour from my place to this store. I am having new orthotics made so I needed a proper fitting shoe which I didn't already have unfortunately. Shoes I had were not the proper fit. I came here because they are trained for this They were able to scan my feet and give me the results I needed to get the right size and width for my feet. Unfortunately they didn't have a model 860 for my requirements in stock. They emailed me the scan results so I could refer to it for when I do purchase a new pair from the New Balance website. I did order a pair and hopefully they will fit properly we'll see when they arrive. Will update when this happens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called at around 530pm today and spoke to a very unhelpful, disinterested young female as I inquired about a $219 shoe I wanted to purchase. She was flat and had zero interest in helping me after saying, very quickly I might add: ‘we don’t have your size’. End of conversation. I did some homework and ordered a new pair of Adidas instead. Typical young people behaviour now a days. Couldn’t care less!
