★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there the lady was unable to fix my phone. She said I will lose my data if I get it fixed from them. I refused but out of courtesy I got a mobile case from her. She charged me 35$ for just opening my cell phone!!!! And 35$ fir the cell phone. It was ridiculous!!!! As I was forced to pay for an induced telephone. What a rip off and rude lady.

I had searched out average repair costs and they were very competitive and since this was a local store I wanted to support them. I was very happy with the whole process and highly recommend them. They also sell new and used phones and cell plans so worth checking out even if a repair is not what you are in need of. Great team !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the best tech repair experience I've ever had. Brought my S10+ in for a screen replacement and was not only offered the best quoted price I could find in my area, but also excellent follow up service as well. The screen that they had originally replaced mine with had a small defect, wherein a black semi circle of what were effectively dead pixels lay on the lower half of the screen. This of course was no fault of their own and merely a rare occurrence, as the replacement screen was genuine OEM. Without any hassle they replaced it with a non faulty screen, and even dropped the phone off at my residence following a separate minor issue with the phone that was also resolved quite rapidly. Can't recommend this place enough, and will definitely be returning if I ever require repair service in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful service. One thing they are good at is not keeping up with time line. As if we all have spare phones and just came in to repair a phone as were getting bored sitting at home. Almost a month and I’m still waiting for an update.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a walk-in this morning at Tek Klinik at Jackson Square because I was in the mall and having difficulties with certain apps working on my phone, and it has been an ongoing issue. Vishal took the time with me and in under 10 minutes it was resolved. Friendly, helpful, experienced. Nice addition to the mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could have I would have given ratings in minus. I used tekklinic at (Central parkway) service to repair my iphone 11 prox max screen. I just want to express my ultimate disappointment with the quality of the screen. To protect the screen, i had the front and back screen protectors. The next day, when my phone fell from the night stand, the screen protector remained intact but my screen broke. How is that even possible. This is the pathetic quality of the screen. Now, i can see black lines appearing on my screen. Upon checking with the employee, she was in denial and completely dismissed the concerns. I’m also thinking that it may be an old screen with worse quality rather than an refurbished screen that I was promised off!
I advise you all to please look for other repair shops that’d provide you with the better quality service and product rather than being ripped off at tekklinic. Your hard earned money should be respected!
