★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice variety but over priced case. Buy from alibaba, ebay, or Amazon. Always check these websites before u shop here. It seems that they have added a lot of rent cost in their product. Kiosks in malls are always expensive unless its a brand. Do some search before u buy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are an individual who wants their smartphone or any other device to be taken with care and inclusiveness this store does not meet these two words at all. terrible customer services skills at their Guildford town centre at surrey location. One of their repair persons told me they will fix my again cracked phone after a repair session for free of charge which did not happen at all showed up at their location when my smartphone was ready for pickup after the second repairing session with the outcome of not repaired yet still cracked and vulnerable, i just wanted to punch the dumb repair person in the face but i kept my composure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unreliable. Hours of Operation state that the kiosk opens at 10am. It’s 11:04am and still no one in sight. I’ve waited for about 15 minutes and no sign of anyone.
Open up or update your hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Roughly a month ago I came in and purchased a new screen for my daughters phone along with a tempered glass screen protected as per the suggestion the manat the counter gave us . I also purchased an extra screen protected for myself and an otter box case for my daughter . Over all I spent almost 180 cash Less then a month later the otter box phone cracked from her tryin to pop her phone out of the case .... ( not sure if it’s even real ) the glass for the screen has popped out of the phone .... I went into find out what’s happening and was there any warranty for their service only to find out... it’s not their problem ,and I would have to pay for it AGAIN.
I will never spend money there again.
What a waste of money . Next time I’ll go to bigger store where they can provide some kind of warranty for their service

Guy refused to exchange or replace it.he tells me: “you think if I buy a shirt and buttons fell off I could go and get a new one “
Well yes in a world of customer service yes you get a replacement for poorly made product.
Worst customer service and rude staff.
Stay away from this place and order your accessories on amazon for a fraction of a price.
Oakville place should not allow this kind of service in their establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely no words. Would love a call from owner. I purchased both a screen protector and case on Friday (sign says you get a deal when buying both, which I didn't even get). Within an hour the screen protector was popping off, so I went back and was told the case that they sold me is why. He exchanged it for a different case and assured me the screen protector would stay even though it had been popping off. All weekend it was coming up and covered in dust. Returned back to the kiosk today, to be told again the case they sold me doesn't work with screen protectors, so I'd need to buy another case. Twice I've been sold a case that doesn't work with a protector while clearly stating that's the concern. And now I have to buy a 3rd? No exchange? Severely disappointed and now without a case.
