★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had excellent experiance with them in the past two year. Their staff offer consistent excellent service through out the years. They really know how to serve customers, Especially Jaudat.
Jaudat is a very knowledgeable persone, well spoken, customer service oriented. He goes above and beyond to offer the best deals for customers depending on their needs Jaudat helped me to reduce my phone and internet bills from $145+ tax to $120+ tax while I got a better deal. With the deal he offered I was able to:
- get a new phone plan with a new phone I wanted (a phone + 4GB data plus unlimited Canada wide talk and unlimited text)
- upgrade my child's phone to include 2GB plus unlimited text, and unlimited Canada wide talk
- upgrade my home internet connection from 30MBps to 50MBps
All of the above within the reduced bill.
He also helped me to move my data from the old phone to the new one, and reset the other phone I didn't want to factory reset, even though it took him more than 2 hours (because of technical issue on the other phone) and he stayed after his working hours when all the shops closed.
Keep it up Wireless waves, you are doing excellent job

Tahir, who worked with us the entire time and put together our new upgrades, was wonderful. He provided excellent customer service, well beyond any other store I’ve been to. Would recommend this friendly team to everyone wanting to upgrade their phone!

Jaudat is someone who sees things through. I had an issue that went on for a little while, but he kept on that issue and saw it through to a resolution for me. He is a great customer service person and I just wanted to make sure that he was recognized for it.
