D	Darryl Carter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you love shoes, and I mean 'really love' shoes, spending an afternoon at DSW feels almost like a spiritual pilgrimage. The staff will help you find sizes if you need them to help , but they are not pushy or overbearing. It's almost as if this place should be called 'in the back' you actually get a feel of being in a literal warehouse that you can peruse at will. I'm saying this as someone that runs a huge, high volume warehouse everyday. This isn't a shoes store. It's a big box store that only cares about one thing, well two things. Your feet.

I was looking to buy some fall boots and was looking for help with sizing and style and your employee, Sara, was just an amazing help! She took the time to show me the different styles they had and explained the different fits. I ended purchasing a pair of Steve Madden boots and walked out with two pairs of Crocs! Wonderful service! Will be returning!
B	Beau T- Work on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did shop here this afternoon walk in to find these ⬇️ i was desperate because i saw all left was 7in size but luckily the lady helped me out and find my size and guess what? that is $20 bucks after tax? There on sale now for almost half a prize?.

What an unfriendly experience rudely chastised by Jasmine because I didn’t have the 2nd email I received from DSW…and when I tried to explain how it was a very unprofessional interaction she reverted to asking her colleagues to validate she was right and I was wrong.
