★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I order two items through a Baby Registry online. My items came from Indigo but ToyRUs order went through but no record or confirmation to ToyRUs.
I'm going to wait a week to see what happens but the customer service from Jenna has been wonderful help in trying to look into what happened.
Update: I met Jenna when I picked items and she was just as lovely in person. If I plan a trip to ToyRUs in the future I'll make sure Jenna is on. I know she'll give me amazing service.

If you need separate gift receipts make sure to ask for it. They will not ask. To get them after the purchase is a BiG Hassle.
Don’t even try to talk to manager or complaint because she’s very rude and will not let you speak. And again you’re be at fault.
Not visiting this store ever again. All of my visits lately have had an issue, either a very rude cashier or incorrect pricing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give this store 0 stars if possible. Customer service is very lacking. No diversity in the store. Store manager very rude and disgusting. I ordered a bike online and drove 45min to pick the bike up I walked in with my
child who is autistic he got excited to be in the store and ran off to explore I chased after him and told the cashier 1 moment. We will look around and come back.
We looked around and didn't seem to find anything else proceeded back to cashier and I was surprised the bike didn't come assembled. As it is not stated on the website. Long story short the manager told me I was being rude when I told him sorry 1 second my son is autistic he stated words it's not my problem that's yours......refused to give me customer service number district manager name or anything. After seeing the reviews in regards to how many more complaints there are in regards to customer service is at this location. Its sad to see no one doing anything about it.
Do not shop here go to another location I recommend sherway they have amazing customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service! Thank you to Ella and Ricardo who really went the extra mile to make a customer happy. Arranged to pickup a large item earlier in the day but was given wrong closing time. Arrived nearly 1 hour after closing but the staff saw me, listened, and reopened instead of sending me home. What other store would do this? Ella was a superstar. Have shopped here for years and highly recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for kids, lots of variety (obviously) prices are mostly high (kinda you get what you pay for). I usually use their online service more and curb-side pickup, it’s much easier and more convenient.
Make sure to check your items in the bag before leaving because they sometimes forget some items behind.
