Extremely unprofessional, raised his voice at me when I asked him a question and clarification. Tried to charge me to print my prepaid shipping label which is inconsistent with their policy, it’s always free at ALL other Canada Post Locations in Ontario.

i have used this location for 3-4 years. I always weigh and measure the package and use the on line tool with 100% accurate results. The last 3 times the amount they charge is always a dollar plus more and their measurements are now slightly bigger. ??? I asked about that this time and she just shrugged her shoulders. I will be switching to another location.

I would give zero stars if I could; pathetic customer service. The lady at the counter is extremely rude. She neither speaks proper English nor has basic manners to respond properly to the customers.

I am surprised by the other reviews here. I have been visiting this location for many years and have always had an efficient and courteous experience. Convenient and gets the job done.

customer service is horrible. lady behind the counter didnt even have grade 1 english. asked her basic questions and she couldnt even answer my basic questions. other customers in line found it hilarious how bad her english was. terrible location. you might be drawn here because you have to pickup a package but otherwise do yourself a favor and avoid.

I had a parcel for returning. It was packed, sealed, and ready to be sent. I printed the retuning label and went to this office. The owner refused to give me the tape to stick the retuning label on the box and said the customer is responsible for the tape. I went to the bank and got the tape there. That was ridiculous. She is very unfriendly and unhelpful
