★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to say, the service and parts department have really stepped up and helped me out with my 2016 570 Sportsman Touring. I had some idling issues and drive issues that they sorted out . Once that was fixed I had my fluids changed . They delivered my machine to my doorstep (for a nominal fee) and I couldn't be more happy .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have recently purchased a brand new Ninja 400 from this dealership and I have to agree it was an awesome experience. The stuffs are very knowledgeable and helpful. The best part is their pricing is very competitive. I got the best price for my ninja 400 and this is the only dealership where I found the cool KRT edition. I will highly recommend this place for all your motorcycle needs.

I had some issues. With product. Everyone here was absolutly excellent, polite. And worked on a solution to solve my factory defects. On the ski, even with my frustration they were able to keep a very professional standard. I've dealt with MANY dealers on new and used products. And In my experience. These guys top the cake on customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve never purchased a machine here but have been witness to two friends doing so. A buddy picked up a brand new 2014 Kawasaki Ninja 300 and most recently my cousin picked up a used 2009 Suzuki GSXR600 yesterday. Graham was definitely a trooper - my cousin is quite annoying and he dealt with his nonsense like a Pro. You should go here- Graham will fix you up.
Side note : Mash Paddle was awesome! And food and drinks at Sociable+Tavern was good too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a 2022 Sportsman 850 touring, It came in faster than scheduled! The team was great from the purchasing to dealing with the service techs when picking up. Have always dealt with Grand river for the other toys and will continue to always refer everyone I know to go to the shop!
