All of my items were handled with care, the move was done in a matter of hours, including taking furniture apart and putting it back together. I can’t recommend Tyler and his team enough. We moved houses this past weekend and used Steel City Movers and we were so happy with them! Tyler and his team went above and beyond to make sure that all of our items (including a piano and 197 totes - the boys counted them ?) were moved with great care and attention to detail. Tyler was so resourceful that he made the impossible happen by fitting 2 full-sized couches down a very complicated basement stairway. I really feel like any other mover would have given up after trying a few different methods to achieve this. But Tyler just kept coming up with new things to try and thank goodness he did because his persistence paid off! We were and are so grateful for this. I really can’t say enough about how great Tyler and his team were and we will definitely use them again for any future moves. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for friendly, efficient, professional, resourceful movers!

I packed the unit and it was a bit of a mess but the movers did a great job of organizing/loading/unloading. I cannot recommend these guys enough. These guys made moving a lot less of a headache!

Our funiture was well protected and placed exactly where we asked it to be put. We hadn't finished packing and we were still packing while they started loading but it didn't faze them one bit and they just worked around us and asked questions to make sure the job was done properly to our satisfaction. They even took apart and beds and put them back together at the new place. Would use again in a heartbeat.
