Not only did they have a huge selection of weight, colour and type of feather boas, the employees were incredibly helpful when it came to picking out the best type for my project. Excellent prices, excellent customer service, excellent range of products. I will definitely be returning!

I definitely miss browsing the bricks & mortar store, but the online experience was just as great, the same exceptional quality I go to Sussman's for, and really fast shipping and excellent customer service! Thank you so much Sussman's for making my pandemic art and tailoring projects come to life! Highly recommend. Don't pass them by, they are an institution for a reason!

Is exactly what I would give this place!.....
IF I COULD EVER GET IN OR ASK SOMEONE!!
I continuously try to visit the store but EVERY time you wind up closed! No matter how many times I check before I leave. And so I cave and attempt to call before I leave that way I won't be wrong again like the internet was and say your open when your not. But wait for it, that's right the best part right here...... YOUR NUMBER IS DISCONNECTED!!!!! SO I CANT ASK ANYBODY WHEN YOU ARE REALLY OPEN!........

I took some time to drive in to view this store multiple times, paid for parking and it was never opened. Yes! I went during the business hours posted on the door. I tried calling, the number is not assigned. ?
Just wanted to let people know so they don't waste their time.
