★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Started going (to the Ottawa St location) because of the proximity to my house, and stayed for the great prices, and even better service. Always feel comfortable going in here, and I've never had a bad experience. The manager went above and beyond to fix a mistake that wasn't at all the fault of the store. I recommend this location to everyone I know. Not to mention, the store itself is beautiful and inviting, and their delivery is always prompt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only dispensary worth visiting in the city other than Cabbage Brothers (and tbh, this place might even be better ?). All the staff are lovely, friendly, resourceful and knowledgeable. I am the type of person who will ask you a million questions to make sure I'm getting something I want, and it doesn't even phase them. They always have answers and it not they find them! I've never had a bad experience, would absolutely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This dispensary is my all-time favourite in Hamilton. I especially love the management and staff. Emily is phenomenal, and so is Mason. If they had couches, I would never leave. Also, great prices!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not too impressed the last few times I've come in to check them. Prior to that there were some great visits. There always seems to be an excuse as to why there is next to zero stock and things are pretty inconsistent. The last purchase I made here also was one of the worst products I've smoked in 20 years. After being told it was one of the best. I went in a few days later to see if they had anything different and to explain how bad the nugs were. The girl working seemed surprised as she first described it as one of the best, after telling her how dry and disgusting it was she agreed. So basically admitting to selling me something I'm not going to like. I don't get the point of that other than to get rid of the garbage stuff. Are you trying to recommend good strains or just sell cheap ounces to get them out of your back room?
Have been checking out some different dispensaries as a result.

Also great location on Ottawa street, way easier to get too in comparison to some other shops. Uploaded picture of some insane stuff I just grabbed 7 bucks cheaper than the place I used to shop at

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed in this location as my experience with this chain has been great in other cities. They sold me a bad or expired cart and will not reply to my emails about it. The sales rep recommended each of the carts (we are not from the area) and 1 of 2 is bad so far, hopefully that is the only one.
Edit: As I mentioned in my emails, I am from out of Province and will have to ship it back - I am happy to do so. Can you just reply to the email rather than communicate on here?
